What is ‘Nat Attack’?
Christened by the lovely Kirsty Mckinnon herself, ‘Nat Attack’ is a kick-butt exercise workout session that will challenge your body and mind, motivating you to a healthier, fitter lifestyle whatever your current fitness level. The sessions will help you lose weight by burning excess fat, reshape your body, increase your fitness, improve your posture, clear your mind and leave you feeling exhilarated and full of life!
How can Nat Attack’s help me?
Ever struggle with wanting to get fit but not quite getting motivated enough to do something about it? No matter how fit or unfit you view yourself as, the training you will receive will be tailor made to motivate you pushing boundaries within safe limits, taking you step by step from one level to the next training your body and mind to achieve your weigh loss and fitness goals.
It starts with a consultation, fitness assessment and an understanding of exactly what you want to achieve. You will have set goals with timescales, daily food diaries, personalised programs and on-hand support to keep you focused. Workouts can be created for use in the gym or for use at home and are simple to follow and make a part of your daily life. With guidance of which foods to eat that will fuel your weight loss, healthy eating plans, regular weigh-ins, recording of measurements, and fitness assessments you will have proof of how your body is changing for the better.
Although perhaps not the remedy for everything, healthy body-healthy mind is a great place to start with as evidence has already shown, you will feel great, look amazing and have more confidence than ever before!

Now lets get one thing clear…you will never hear Nat mention the word ‘diet’ unless as a pure and simple eating pattern or as a bad word! Nathalie re-educates her clients with nutritional programs which include healthy, clean, fat-burning foods which surprisingly don’t have to consist of green salads forever! On the contrary, you will discover delicious new recipes, from on-the -go foods to sit-down meals that will have your taste buds tingling, energised and the excess fat literally dropping off your body!
Who is Nat?
Nat is the director of Eterna Fitness, personal trainer, weight loss specialist, Fabulise Bootcamp abroad trainer (please see ‘FABULISE YOU’ BOOTCAMP PAGE) and basically the person you will love to hate! Nathalie entered the world of fitness training over eight years ago being totally inspired and motivated as a result of winning her own battle of losing over 3 ½ stone.
Her passion to see other people reach their fitness goals, break old habits and enjoy a life full of vitality led her to study fitness at a professional level and complete numerous qualifications including Central YMCA level 2 ETM, F.I.E Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, Fitness Pilates, NLP practitioner (end of year qualification) to name a few. Since then, she has worked in the daily operation of busy city gyms, various council leisure sites, taught primary and secondary school pupils and has trained mini groups to classes of over 100 people at a time. Now founder of Eterna Fitness, she creates challenging workout and nutritional programs that not only re-shape bodies and increase fitness levels, but encourages behavioural changes resulting in reaching and retaining fitness goals and re-moulding lifestyles into more positive, healthy ones.
When Nat isn’t coaching others she loves dancing, choreographing, singing/song writing, modelling, piloting light-aircraft, acting(known as the face of the STV ident – watch STV before the news!) training for strength and fitness competitions and making healthy nutritious dinners for her husband!
