Client relationship manager

We are looking for a customer relationship manager to work with our corporate clients.

At Excelr8 we work closely with corporate clients and we are all about maximising and maintaining long term relationships. We are looking for someone to work closely with our key client group.

The Key applicant will have an NLP/Coaching background and be used to working on their own.

Key deliverables:

-          Increase business development

-          Maintain current relationships

-          Regular customer meetings and coaching calls – virtual

           and one to one

-          Main point of contact for current customers

-          Managing current account portfolio

-          Expansion of current account portfolio

Sales Manager

AS we expand we are looking for a sales manager who is used to travel ( opportunity to work remotely) and has a proven sales track record with building long term relationships. This position requires someone who can work on their own and in a team, there’s a clear requirement to work in coexistence with the client relationship manager.

Key deliverables:

-          Meeting (and exceeding!) sales targets

-          Coordination and implementation of sales

           and marketing budget

-          Direct sales with current and new databases

-          Increased conversion rates
