Karen fabulised her life with our Master Practitioner course in February
"Wow, its hard to put a summary of the two weeks of Masters training into words, there are so many highlights. Here are just a few:
Martin and his journey from quiet, shy builder to superstar who brought the whole group together with his Excelr8 theme tune -" Excerlr8, its never too late" I'll never forget the whole group singing along to the chorus - we all were out of tune and singing different words but it sounded fantastic!
Our "board break" afternoon - what an achievement for the whole group. I was so worried but again the energy from the group supporting and encouraging each other was fantastic. Lorna was amazing with the energy she projected from her dance routine.
The hypnotherapy session was inspiring. I've never seen such a stiff full body catalepsy as displayed by Nigel (if you pardon the expression) and to witness Dane's memory flashback brought tears to my eyes I loved seeing the men do the Salsa - Martin, Nick and Dane really shook those hips and moved with rhythm!
I have never laughed so much as I did when Martin told his story about him and Dane going into his hotel room for some of their practice sessions and how they got some very strange looks from the hotel cleaners and guests, particularly when Martin was overheard saying "how deep he had gone" I'm still confused over the Quantum Physics stuff but still clinging firmly to the belief that this is the right state to be in!
In summary it was a fantastic two weeks, it was like being in a bubble away from reality for two weeks. I met some amazing and special people who will be friends for life. Kirsty was brilliant with her informal, fun and relaxed style of training. Genius move to bring out Nintendo Wii Sports during our breaks, particularly for level 5 values people like myself. Probably the only time you will see me and Ness do the 100 metres together!
I've taken so much away from the course that I have used in my home and work life and been able to share with my colleagues. I particularly love the values material, made so much sense to an AD person like myself and I cant wait for a course to give me more on this.
Meeting the rest of the excelr8 team was another highlight, so good to put a face to the
Name!!”
