Unsung Heroes

07 November 2008 by ailie

As the busiest week of the year comes to a close for our nations fire fighters I feel we really have to give these unsung heroes some inordinate praise.

Now many a fire fighter will tell you that they are just doing their job but risking their lives day in day out to help the general public really is an outstanding attribute.

Definition of hero: A person noted for feats of courage or nobility of purpose, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his or her life.

Now if fire fighters don’t qualify under that I don’t know who does. But I must bring your attention to all those other unsung heroes out there, just have a look around I am sure you will find one - and if not just look inside…

Have a good weekend!
